Well, I've seen "The Meters/The Funky Meters" about 6 or 7 times, and that's the band that I'm talking about. Zigaboo hasn't played with these guys (and apparently wont) for years. George Porter Jr.-bass, and Poppa Neville-keys, I want to say the drummer's name is Batiste, and there's a redheaded white guy (I mean this in the most flattering way!) on guitar. They're a great band live, especially when they're in sync and hitting the note. But Soulive just had that hunger....and they were kicking A.
