No such animal. Leslie models 301, 302C, 303, 310, 312, 320, 322, and 323
all had simulated bass rotors, but there was no Model 308.

Assuming that the "308" is actually one of the above models, the answer is
not easily. The "lower rotor" is actually a stationary bass speaker in a
relatively small enclosure. Installing a real rotor would require extensive cabinet
mods plus electrical changes. You'd be better off starting with a
conventional Leslie.
