Subject:ELP on cheers OT?

just saw the episode where rebecca mentions she was a lawyer (when asked what
she did for a living) for the firm Emerson Lake and Palmer.. last week
someone posted re: this. now i get it. she was out on a fake "we're married" date
with sam to impress sam's old GF who also pretended to be married. rebecca was
really referring to the rock group and mentioned they were a well known group
with an undertone of "we ( the audience and she) all know who ELP really is"
and sam's GF didn't get any of it, yet believed there was such a lawfirm. for
what its worth...(",)
