Alan,
I understand your point about off-topic traffic. I do however wonder
why it is so important to seperate the equipment from the music. I
personally would hope that off-topic threads were well marked and one
could avoid them.
I do not understand your second point. Are you saying that a number
of other groups already talk about organ playing and organ players
and therefore you're starting another?
I believe most organ lists eventually cover both the equipment and
the technique/artists. I will check out your new group, but I'm not
sure its necessary.
