I'll let you know how the Grado SR80's work as I have a pair coming.I will use them for at home practice .
I run my CX-3 ,Alesis Ion and Yamaha SO3 into a Behringer UB802 mixer into a Behringer KX1200 amp.The mixer has a heaphone out with volume control for it.
What I have tried so far breaks up with low notes from the CX-3.Hope these work.
