My band plays this one and "Games People Play". We played it in C which is
the original. I always played the following over a C bass; 1st chord Eb-A-D,
2nd chord G-C#-F. I actually looked up the technical name for the chords but
have forgotten them. Hope this helps.

Sad thing is, I used to play this in a cover band around 15 years ago. I
could figure it out then, but now, hmmmm..................
