I would amend that to say "Classic plus Barker". The Barker was
designed specifically to boost the signal of a CX-3 or BX-3 into a
Speakeasy/Leslie combination. You want to make sure you get a bypass
switch though because on those occasions when you are running into an
amp you want to turn off the Barker. Otherwise you are boosting the
signal of the CX-3 leslie simulation which is not good. You want to
boost the signal before you get to the Leslie.

There is a Barker HG designed for Electros which have an even weaker
signal.

BTW, I have an older Speakeasy and I just shipped it down to Steve
Hayes to get a Barker installed. While its there he is going to
upgrade it to the latest specs for a very reasonable charge.
