Ed, I'd say your description of the mission of each group is right
on the money.

To borrow from Hemingway, I created the Organ-ized group as "a
clean, well-lighted place" to discuss rock, jazz and blues organ
artists, songs and playing techniques -- and not get chased away by
the off-topic police. I really do love reading the Clonewheel list,
but sometimes I just need a vacation from the obsessive/compulsive
behavior here that has many of us (okay, all of us) endlessly
tinkering with our rigs in search of the Holy Grail. So, Organ-ized
is meant to absorb much of the OT chatter from Clonewheel(as well as
the Hammond Zone, the Nord Electro group and the Combo Organ group)
when folks just want to leave the hardware talk behind, and discuss
great music, great artists and how we can all play better.
