Subject:Nord Electro as controller

I was just putting a little mini rack together for a change of pace in my rig (switching from Motif8 to A90 controlling Motif rack and XV3080 w Ultimate and World SRX cards, and Vintage Synth JV card), and since my Electro was out, just used it to control the rack to make sure all cabling was good before "sewing" it up. I got distracted for an hour using the Electro to control some piano patches from my synths, and I have to say, it was not offensive at ALL to play! I like the Electro for organ, but hated the pianos and EPS (the EPs sound nice, but the velocity issues...ugh). It felt fine as a substitute controller. Anyone else experiment with their Electros controlling other piano modules? What was your reaction?
