What's a keyboard chest rack? Is this your term for where you put
the controller? I'd like to find a better way to strap on and play
the keytar controllers which are a lot of fun. They can be literally
a 'pain in the neck' to just pick up and play for a while - if you
haven't been a guitar or bass player long enough to be used to the
seemingly low weight and pull of the strap. I've thought about a
stand behind me and a bit higher to hook a small extension strap to,
or a simple harness to distribute the weight more equally to chest,
back, shoulders and neck. Anyone have experience with this?
Otherwise, I'll write it off as Hammond Back (and neck) syndrome and
keep the Ax at home. They make a nice 45 key semi-weighted studio
controller with upper/lower zones. Wj
