If you need a owner / service manual, it can be downloaded from:
http://www.captain-foldback.com/
under Leslie
and then
Download Leslie Manuals.

Section II, service information should address most concerns if you follow the lubrication and adjustment procedures. If it turns out there are worn parts to be replaced, let us know and we can help you locate them.

There is a section on setting the volume, it is a basic starting place. From there its your taste.

Hi Cliff

The bump sound on your rotor sounds mechanical. The wood rotor could just be
loose on the mounts. As far as the pot change, it is straight forward.
Mouser.com sells circuit board pots with long shafts. Or you could use
standard ones mounted thru the current holes. We have done both over the
years. The balance of the rotors is pure to your taste. Good luck!!
