The Leslie 21 System sounds very good to me, but who am I and what
do I know, so you need to hear it for yourself. It can be very loud,
the rotary horn amp is 50W, the two upper unit amps for the rotary
bass sim and L/R stationary channels are also 50W each. The
crossover can be set at 700Hz, 800Hz or 1.1kHz. The lower unit puts
out 50W @ 1kHz through the horn (stationary) and 150W @ 400Hz
through the 15" speaker. The crossover is at 700Hz. Also, I think
the XK-3's digital Leslie sounds very good through the lower unit
(again, you have to hear it yourself), if you need the volume, and
want to buy one piece at a time.
