If you take only weight and bulk into consideration, the "most portable
Leslie" is a Model 16 or 18. Cabinet size is 21"W x 14"D x 29"H. Unfortunately
these models only have a single rotor and don't have internal power amps.

The smallest "full" Leslie (rotary horn, real lower rotor, internal amp) is a
Model 860. Cabinet size is 25"W x 19"D x 25"H. The top section of a current
Leslie 2100 is also a possibility, but you will need an additional
cabinet/amp to take the place of the 2100 lower section.
