Its probably a stuck motor, or unplugged bottom rotor motors and audio
connections in the cable from the B3 preamp, or a preamp problem. $1,500 is not a
lot of money for a complete B3/122. Either take someone with you, preferably a
Hammond tech who knows about B's before you buy it or take the chance and
figure out what's wrong with it at your leisure. its hard to say without actually
seeing the organ hands-on. Do you know how to work the start switches?
