Interesting question. Do they send out MIDI program change numbers? It would be cool if whatever they sent out could be programmed.
But, if the black low 'C' sent out, let's say, a program 1 message and you set up the module with a piano patch in the first program slot, you could hit the black 'C' and get a piano sound and whatever organ setting it is set to bring up on the XK-3.

I'm really interested in the XK-3 but I have a couple of issues:
First, I play as much piano and other sounds as I do organ.
Second, I need to keep my setup limited to a single board.
Here are the questions: Have any of you been using the XK-3
to trigger piano sounds and pleased with the arrangement?
Also, if I were to get the Hammond and a module
(to handle the pianos, strings, brass, etc) is it possible to set
up the reverse-colour preset keys to call up tones from the
module instead of drawbar settings?
