According to my manual the lower unit (2121) is set at 700Hz. Bass
and treble are adjustable but the crossover point stays the same.
There is also a TW Level control for "Fine Tuning" the treble.

The horn unit (2101) is selectable: 700Hz, 800Hz or 1000Hz.
