This kinda opens a new topic - "keyboard player is
lost in the mix syndrome". How many time have you all
played your ass off at a club or fest only to have
some friend in the crowd tell you later "sorry, but I
didn't hear your over the guitars"?

And this is happening through some real decent P.A.
systems! Even some players with major artists always
seem to get drowned out. (Danny Federici with
Springsteen, Benmont Tench with Petty, Chuck Leavell
with Stones, etc. etc.) Seems everybody has these
great keyboard rigs, but only they get to hear them!

Keyboard players unite! Insist on equal treatment
from the sound man! (I found usually a small gratutiy
greases the wheels).
