If you are talking about the organ trills at the very beginning and
before the verse:

First you need to hold down a low D as a drone. You need your left
hand free, I used to use a matchbook between the keys. Right hand is D
under the thumb, trill F# to G with fingers 2 and 3, going up to a
high note of B every beat or so with finger 5. Left hand plays a B
then A below in time with the B, then switches to a sustained D maj
triad on a second manual.
