I thought I sent you an answer off list but since I don't see it in "sent" this is a product deserving of exposure so:

I have an FBT Maxx 4a and my opinion of it doesn't change- it is great! The lightweight and handle and shape are a bonus.

I have in the past returned an on trial Peavey and a Barbetta 31C (?). No danger of that with the FBT.

The spec sheet suggest 600 watt peaks for short term, with 300 plus 100 rms. They didn't just wire a couple of speakers to an amp- theres some good engineering there.
