I don't have golden ears, and the Voce V5 and MS combo is plenty
authentic for me, my band, and our audiences. But I've admitted
before that my strength is piano, not organ, and I've never owned a
Hammond product. I have a buddy with an M2 and highboy Leslie (147?
I forget) in a studio where they never leave, and he says that if he
wanted that sound, he'd go for the same combination I ended up with.

So, different strokes. You may be younger / more energetic than I
am. After 4 strong sets, I'm GLAD the heaviest piece of my setup is
the MS LoPro.
