Subject:Re: Hammond M3 for sale
I have had occasion to try an M3 out in a studio setting a few times. Although I am not very technically knowledgeable I understand there are less tone wheels and the last octave does not have the high end that the A/B/C models have.
The man from Goff I'm sure knows the ins and outs of this model. I am not a paid endorser, but Goff is highly regarded among Hammond players. They refurbed a 122 amp for me at a reasonable price and did a top notch job.

Thank you all for the help on the M3 question. It was my first serious
post and I got all I could hope for from it. We're using the Oberheim at
church (we have a pipe organ but it's hard to do a good Gospel with it)
so it doesn't get moved much. A little M3 might just be the ticket. I'm
going to seriously consider getting one now, at whatever price, and then
shop for a Leslie.
Thanks!
