Subject:Just added the Hotrod Driver!

You know .... just when you think it cant get better.

I've been loving my Electro - Speakeasy Classic - Leslie 147. Well,
not too long ago I was at a gig where I was told that there would be
a nice house PA .... there wasnt. A 6 channel OLD! powered mixer.
There wasnt enough channels so I was the one to suffer and didnt get
to mic my leslie ... it was muddy from being pushed too hard and
drown out by the guitar players 4/10 Bassman amp and the harp
players HarpKing amp.

Well I ordered the HotRod driver from speakeasy and installed it
Tuesday. This was in the hope of just giving me more volume. I used
it last night and it was absolutely BEAUTIFUL. It didnt dramatically
increase the volume but it did give me at least 25% more. Not only
was this an improvement but it also reduced the 800-1200 hz overlap
that I always have to EQ out. This rig is now ON IT! I took all bass
and treble changes out of my electro and set my Speakeasy to its
regular setting ... if any of you are using a leslie you should
seriously consider this hotrod driver. Hopefully I'll get some live
MP3's where I can let y'all hear this.
