Subject:Re: Korg CX3 and Nord Electro and Speakeasy

QUESTION 2: I'm running CX3 version 1--the chorus seems good on
version 1; should I switch to version 2?

I upgraded from version 1 to the version 2. V-2 gives you more
choice on the sound of the CX-3...for example it has a "classic"
setting which mellows out much of the shrillness that comes with
version 1...however you can get the punchier sound if you like it.
There are changes in the vibrato/chorus sound but it still sounds
great to my ears, and other choice in the Leslie settings, etc. I
think it is a worthwhile upgrade.
