band guys love being immersed in sound and it helps them play better and lets
face it, swimming in sound is one reason we play in the first place. a good
soundman is what takes this to the audience and many times, even if it sounds
like crap on stage, a good FOH and a soundman can make magic. but not everyone
can be so lucky to get a good soundman so i guess pleasing yourselves on stage
is the next best thing.
