Subject:VK77/Expression pedal question

Greetings all -
I have a VK77, really enjoy it, and am still learning how to use it
best. My question: using the Roland expression pedal, I can control
both the volume of the organ stuff (which I route thru a Leslie) and
the "orchestra" parts (electric pianos and the like, which I route in
stereo thru our band's PA), but I cannot make the volume go to zero.
Anyone know if this is possible? I find it useful during fade outs,
really quiet passages, and goofing off when I don't want to make a
lot of sound. I've messed with the knob on the pedal itself, and have
minimized the lowest volume attainable, but I'd like it to go all the
way "off". Any hints? Also, does anybody know of downloads of various
piano or electic piano sounds for this keyboard?
