It's the real deal in so far as sound. I had a chance to play the new
B3 recently and for me it sounds exactly like the original, can't
speak for feel as i've not played
an original B3. This is not a soundalike in the same league as a
Korg/Electro/Roland VK7 etc. it's a real B3.. the fact that it doesnt
have tonewheels becomes irrelevant when you hear it. The portable
will be less expensive than the full cabinet version i'm told, and
these are already starting to come down in price... i've been told
that the portable will be under £10k.
