Since all the clones I'm aware of are digital animals, it stands to
reason that new features can be added with a simple OS upgrade. I've
thought of two things I wouldn't mind seeing added to Korg's clones.

1. In EX mode, since both sets of physical drawbars are used by the
upper manual, a set of 3 virtual drawbars is available on the lower
manual. How about making the virtual drawbars available in normal
mode, on a third channel, for use with an external pedalboard?

2. How about some models of other types of organs? The Voce V3 offers
models of Vox and Farfisa organs; Native Instruments' B4 has an
option that adds those, plus harmonium. I'm sure it wouldn't be hard
to implement on other clones.
