I've been trying to find a simple way to set B4 up without going the
virtual studio route, to see how it might be done. I was following
one trail toward FXProject freeware for Sound Blaster which my laptop
doesn't have - it has two PCMCIA slots if I can find one for SB - no
luck so far. There is an inexpensive external USB SB card, but
FXProject doesn't support USB, too bad since the software cuts
latency time to 5.3 ms and there's an effects section with reverb.
If anyone knows of the existence of a SB PCMCIA, please let me know.

Next option would be to use another brand of PCMCIA card, seen a few
in my searches; then I need a driver(s) to manage the latency issue -
anybody else have a B4 solution for latency? Some kind of freeware
(or cheapware) effects software with a simple reverb would finish the
setup.

Any suggestions, tips, info are much appreciated, thanks.
