The UC-16 is a smaller version of the UC-33 and sells for less than $100. I don't know if it has enough for this application. Bill O.

I was hoping to find something that would allow me to do expression pedal and footswitch for Leslie fast/slow. The UC-33, while a fine, fine piece of gear, is not what I'm looking for. However, there are some alternative options at:

There is a footswitch controller and an expression pedal controller. Each retail for $150, hopefully I could find them in the $115-120 range. That would still be cheaper than the UC-33, which is currently going for $299.

sent it back. It was an absolute nightmare to program and when I
finally got my brother-in-law (who has his masters in aerospace
engineering) to program it, it gobbled up midi info and resulted in
many stuck notes etc. the volume and sustain pedals never worked
correctly.
Forget reading the manual. It's not even good as doggy paper. VERY
vague and not straight forward at all. Too many holes in the
explanations which are often incorrect.
It is certainly not intuitive, even for someone who can program
computers and has a logical mind for that sort of thing.
Try something else and save your sanity and money. I'd go for the
Uc-33.
