I would agree with others that the Voce MicroB is a good B3 sound
source for the lowest possible bucks. The response of the unit is
much better than playing a rompler. (The way a rompler just plays
back a sound doesn't "feel" real at all....like turning a switch on
and off.) The MicroB presets more than adequatly cover all the basic
B3 sounds. Yes, the Micro BII has a few improvements, but is much
harder to find (but if you do find a BII, spend the extra bucks and
get it.). The best thing you can do with a MicroB/II is run it
through a Leslie simulator (my favorite is a H&K Rotosphere.) The
combination will get you well on your way to Clonewheel Heaven.
