Thanks to all those that replied. I haven't gotten an email back from
Roland, but I went into a music store and looked at the VK-8M user's
manual and it appears that Thomas is correct and this module indeed
DOES NOT trasmit MIDI CCs for the drawbars. But it does receive CCs
for the drawbars! Huh? What is the logic behind that? How would you
record real-time drawbar changes in a sequencer?

Apparently the VK-7 does transmit drawbar CCs but I'm not interested
in another full keyboard in my setup.

Oh well. I think I might be going the route of ordering the Doepfer
faders and also getting the B4 as my backup hammond (and eventually
run it on a laptop) when the Electro is doing e-piano duties.
