Subject:Sound System Reccomendation

Hi, newbie here. looking for a sound system recommendation for my
yamaha electric piano and a CX-3. Don't expect to expand. My uses are
mostly in home and recording, a hobbist. Maybe someday we'll gig
again (sure, mac, sure).

After researching I think like a pre-amp/motion-sound setup. I read
all the rave about Speakeasys. My question is
1) If I got a KBR-3D do I need a stereo preamp to get the most out of
it. Both instruments are stereo.
2) If I got a mono preamp (ie can't afford the stereo Speakeasy),
might I as well get the mono speaker (KBR-M).

I guess I'm seeing this way: if I really want the KBR-3D get a
cheaper stereo preamp; I could also use the preamp for mics. Or if I
really want the speakeasy get the Classic mono and the KBR-M. I
really like the stereo sound through headphones and on recordings.
Other preamp/sound combos are welcome. Budget? Well the KBR-
3D/monoSpeakeasy would be pushing it but I could do it over time.

Realize I'm not that much of a audio connoisseur. I've been using the
same solid state system for over 20years but I'm not happy with it
anymore, esp. with the CX3. So that's what I've gleaned from my
travels. I turn my quandry over to you more knowledgeable experienced
types.
Thanks in advance.
