I would not do this. The problem with a Y-adapter is that it
ELECTRICALLY connects the left output of your mixer directly to the
right output of your mixer - effectively shorting them together.

The output buffers of your mixer probably have some protection in
them ... or not. Eventually if the latter is true you will blow your
output stages as they were not designed to drive each other.

There is a device which is essentially a sort of passive mixer called
a combiner which takes two or more line inputs and drives them into
one output.

LA Audio makes such a device and I'm sure there are others available
in the US.

These are relatively cheap - save your mixer's outputs for what they
were designed for :)
