I've never run my clones through Speakeasy's. I have no doubt I'd be
impressed. But I'd have to be once-in-a-lifetime amazed, like when I
saw Chick Corea and Return to Forever debut at the downtown Music
Center in L.A. ~ to spend what it'd cost to set me up via Speakeasy's
for stereo organ plus pianos and vintage ep's w/synths.

I'll see how much improvement I can get with the most quality I can
afford. If the ART preamp doesn't make a big difference, it's going
back - 45 days no questions asked purchase. If the Tube MP in the
Dual version was 'better,' I can still get those to test; put two in
a rack shelf with a power supply for $200. I'm only working on the
organ at this point. If I get it warmed up and sounding a bit tuby-
er; pianos, ep's, etc are next; running off a mixer boost for now.
From reading info on Speakeasy's website, and since I treat organ and
piano sounds as equals - to set my keyboards up and improve both: I'd
need a Stereo Classic with two Barkers for organ, and a Stereo
Classic for pianos+(synths) @ $1400 plus shipping? Xmas, anyone? ~
