I was going to add that while I store one of my
leslies in the truck (and have had no problems) I
would be a little more leery of storing my Hammond in
such a fashion. The leslie is fine: let it get to
room temperature before firing it up or the rotors
will spin VERY slowly until the oil warms up and thins
out. As for the cabinetry, it'll take a lot more than
those conditions to get them to fall apart.
