Here you go:

D# -> D# major chord -> D+F+Bb (chord) -> D# ->
D#->E+Bb -> C -> you should be able to figure out the
rest.

For the D#->E+Bb you hit the D# quickly and then the
E+Bb (don't know the music term for it, guess you
could call it a slur, used to know when I played
classical music as a kid but that is a lonnnnnnnng
time ago!
