Bought mine new for $1300 for the pair and a pair of speaker stands.

If the speakers/covers are brand new, that sounds like a great deal. If
they're used but in good shape, still a good deal.

I like the 450s very much, just hate dragging them everywhere. I used to
have the CX3, now use the Electro for everything.
