Hi,

Thanks for the answer, but I'm after an expression pedal to plug into
the Exp. socket on the back of the XB-1, NOT an analogue volume pedal.

The point is that the expression pedal effectively comes before the
pre-amp, whereas a volume pedal obviously comes after it. That way
the overdrive decreases as I back off on the pedal.
