Subject:Barbetta 41 question...

Hey all,
I recently purchased a Barbetta 41c based on research and my personal
needs for an amp. I think the amp provides a nice sound image and am
overall happy with its tonal quality. After reading several thoughts
regarding volume and on this message board I find my 41c not as loud
as I had anticipated. Considering remarks made and a rating at 500
watts...
I know this can be subjective but I have owned many amps in the past
and know how they generaly fit into the rock/blues situations I work
in. Any thoughts would be helpful.
Anyone located near new york city/westchester/N. Jersey have one I
could give a listen to & A/B? Just want to see if I am nuts or if
there is something going on here.

I also find that my master volume pot is a bit dirty which I just
don't expect from a new amp.

This was purchased through Sweetwater and they are being helpful in
that they are doing some research on this from their end and if tere
is a true problem thye will see if they can swap it out for another.
