Its the Option 5 Destination Rotation, purple stompbox geared for guitarists AND keyboardists (in fact, there's a switch selecting an EQ curve for keyboards or guitar). List price is $299. According to Keyboard:

"Pros: great sounding leslie sim and overdrive; Bi-amp outputs allow for mixing flexibility; built like the proverbial brick house.
Cons: 24v power supply would be hard to replace in an emergency; traditional stereo spread leslie sounds not available.
BOTTOM LINE: Solid and worthwhile, subject to your taste"

And finally: "At the end of the day, the decision will come down to your own personal taste, as it should; but before you shell out for a H&K Rotosphere, Voce Spin II, or 2nd hand Korg G4, you ought to take a look at this dark horse from Option5."
