There are fast/slow speed adjustments and a single transition time
adjustment, one group for the horn and one group for the low rotor
simulator. The low simulator also has an "effect" frequency center
adjustment. The rise fall are a set ratio that requires a resistor change to
modify. My statement of "Fully"adjustable as far as different transition
times is incorrect without tech level work.
