Subject:OT: Affordable Instrument insurance 8^)

Hi all,
I saw some posts recently on stolen instruments &
thought this was worth mentioning. I recently was
looking into instrument insurance & someone referred
me to this company: http://www.clarionins.com/
If you're at all like me you have more than a few
electronic gadgets; instruments, amps, speakers,
mixers; anyway, it doesn't take too much for the money
to add up. In many cases your equipment would be
covered under your homeowner's insurance, but not if
you make money with your gear. I was able to get
$20,000 worth of coverage with no deductable for only
$250 a year. They even will cover loaner instruments
or borrowed gear. I could use the money for some other
bills, but it's a small price to pay to know that
whatever happens, you at least will get a replacement
of your gear.
Just thought that was worth passing on.
