Subject:Re: KBR-M Motion Sound or Pro 145

The KBR-M just did not do it for me, tho I used one for 3 years. The ramp-up time is SLOW for the fast Leslie, and whiel the rotary side had enough juice, the stationary side was pretty weak (for my use anyway).

I've only heard the 145 in the music store, but it sounded superb, and the ramp-up speed was much faster.

Dear list,

I'm still contemplating the jump from a sim to a rotating unit.

Any owners of a KBR-M out there? Does it cut it in live applications? Do the
mikes do a good job? Is the Pro 145 actually worth it versus a good sim?
Thanks.
