Subject:Re: mapping CC's for B4

I had to use an Edirol controller for the B4 at church a couple weeks ago. Took me 15 minutes to set it up. Pretty darn easy. Expression and modulation are already programmed. From there it was just a matter of selecting a CC# for each slider, reversing the high and low settings, and then assigning some of the buttons (Leslie on/off, etc).

Yes, it can, I just can't figure out how to get it to affect the B4. I
tried setting the in-port of Midi-Ox to the Edirol controller, the
same in-port the B4 is using. I can see on the Midi-Ox input screen
all the Edirol MIDI data coming through, but when I try to filter/map
the MIDI data, I don't seem to be having any affect on the B4. So I'm
not sure what I'm doing wrong. Is Midi-Ox and B4 getting the in-port
data at the "same time" and thus the B4 is getting the unfiltered
data? Or is Midi-Ox supposed to be able to filter in-port X (X being
whatever) *before* another program uses in-port X?
