Subject:Re: BT Productions

The bottom line is this: Tony and BT Productions have
a phone number on their site. I wouldnt have hesitated
to use it, and didn't. And while I have yet to make a
purchase from Tony (still waiting actually for a call
back from Tony about the custom Hammond preamp in a
case he told me about....hint hint), I will say that
he was more than prompt in returning my initial phone
calls. He wasn't so responsive after that, but...I
know I kind of put him through the wringer when I was
going through a crisis situation (crisis for a
musician anyway) and he was very helpful in trying to
get me set up; time constraints however prevented Tony
and I from completing a business deal, and that may
have had some impact on my particular situation. I'm
sure if I were to call Tony now about a product, or if
he had some information about the aforementioned
preamp (like he's got them, come hear it), he would
get back to me pretty quick. I never rely on just
email to make contact with a vendor or service
provider. And to be honest, the only vendors who have
gone above and beyond Tony @ BT in terms of speed and
return of phone calls have been Sweetwater Sound and
Steve @ SpeakeasyVintage. That's pretty damn good
company!

Anyway...I'm sure I'll be doing business with Tony in
the future. Next time you have questions or a need
for organ-type products, reconsider your stance on
Tony.
