Subject:Re: was Blue Academics... now blue bean-bags
Harkening back to yonder days, I can remember that blue bean-bags were kinda comfy, until you cut them and then all the stuff inside would spill out and stick to everything because of static electricity. You'd try to fix it with duct tape, but the color never matched, and the tape would always dry up anyway. After that it would slowly lose all of its innards, and then somebody would throw it out back... but the trashmen wouldn't take it, so the neighborhood dogs would chew it up, and there'd be more little styrofoam balls all over the fence and the garbage cans. Dad would come home, yell at you for the mess in the back, and tell you to go clean it up, yell at you for not doing it right, start to do it himself, then would say "Ta HELL with it!" and go inside and have a beer while waiiting for your Mom to get dinner ready - usually a casserole of some type, often tuna fish casserole made with cream of mushroom soup and potato chips on top. She'd also put out some white bread with a stick of oleomargarine, and for dessert you'd have strawberry jello with little marshmellows floating inside. How did Mom get them to float in the middle? She'd just smile at you and say "Maybe your wife will make jello like this for you someday", to which your Dad would reply "What woman in her right mind would marry a kid like this? Are you crazy?"
Ah yes. Blue bean-bags.

This "bean-bag" has been practicing law in California for 26 years, so I
do have some idea "what law in California is all about". As to your
trademark, if you had done your homework, you would have discovered that
the term "Blue" has already been trademarked by a crayologist who worked
for Crayola in 1947.
