I had thought to buy a Viscount OB3^2 to use as a drawbar controller
for the Electro via a Midi Solutions Midi Mapper, but it seems the
Viscount only sends out drawbar sysex messages and doesn't send out
midi cc numbers.
The OB3 specs show that it sends out other midi messages like volume
cc7. Why/when are sysex messages used and why would midi cc numbers
be omitted from the midi function ?
