I played 145 at NAMM and previously owned Pro3t and Lowpro.

Always difficult to compare equipment when you can't AB them right
there. And NAMM is the worse place in the world to judge sound quality!

That being said, personally, I'd wait for the 145--more powerful, built-in
mics, lighter than the previous combination, and a newer design.

Because of all that, there will be a bunch of cheap Pro3ts on ebay. Only
you can decide if it is worth extra money for 145. But I'd do it!
