Thanks for all the suggestions. Do any of these units, like the Trek II, give the ability to control the Leslie with a hand switch as well as a foot switch?

Beware before spending money on an adapter!
I was told that the preamp section of the VK7 is weak so you'll not
get the puch you would with a SE pedal. The trek II is better than
the Roland pre but not as good at the SE. The up side to the Trek II
is that is has several different connections depending on what Leslie
you use AND you can use a 147 with another model or a 122 with
another model.
