Why not just make one? You need an inline female 1/4" stereo jack and a
1/4" stereo plug. A 6" piece of microphone cable will do. Simply attach
the shield to the sleeve at each end, and cross-connect tip to sleeve,
sleeve to tip. That'll do it!
